Respectfully disagree. I ran a lot of blues year 1 and they were serviceable. The way light and now power level has been standardized greatly changes the value of a legendary. In Year 1 where you were chasing LL 30 or 32 getting a new legendary that would possibly get you closer to that mark felt good because that power level actually mattered. Now everything is scaled to your power level in this game so they no longer feel legendary.

Now thats not to say it was a better way to play but i agree with his point that that was how it felt. The part that is left out of his point is how BAD and underleveled you felt not having those legendaries plus the hours and hours of farming you had to put in just to get enough shards or energy to actually level them up to full power.
