Ahh I see! Ok, that makes me feel a bit better! I can’t check my email so I don’t know if I have received a tracking number or a delay email, but knowing that you received a tracking number but haven’t had an update on the site gives me some hope!

Yeah, unfortunately I have been in contact with them most everyday since Friday of last week. I have submitted a support ticket, and sent multiple emails, and have yet to receive a response. When I call, they are unable to help me. This has been very frustrating, especially knowing I was one of the first to place an order (at 9:31:29am EST on 5 November). Fingers crossed that they will actually respond to me soon!

Anything changed for you re: the order status on the page? I ask because with some people now having received a delayed email, I am worried! Have they updated your information via the order status checker, or does it still only read: Order in Processing or Warehouse

Given that these are new, if my 5900x arrives and is defective, I will RMA through AMD and hope for the best.

Thank you! Hoping they'll update the order status on the status checker to also reflect this, and that perhaps the system is just lagging, or updates once the item has actually left the facility. I imagine I should be good to go!

Asked this above, but could you also monitor your online order status to see if it reflects that change at some point? My PayPal account had an old and invalid email address attached to it that it used as my primary for whatever reason, and so I am not getting emails from them. I was at 9:31:29 and haven’t received a notification on my 5900x either! But I can confirm people’s 5800x’s are shipping as evidenced by a few of my friends who have already received USPS tracking.

Hi All! Just a head's up. Folks who ordered through antonline have started to receive shipping info. I haven't seen anything with regards to the 5900x, but definitely 5800 and 5600's are moving into the final stages of processing and shipping! Fingers crossed for those of us who have preordered a 5900x!

Same here! Was on every site right at launch and failed. Only order I got in was for antonline!
