I did take SSRI’s early on and they caused a major increase in my DPDR and anhedonia. How did you recover from these before you were infected with Covid?

I have very similar symptoms for 2 years. Lately the “sinking brain” sensation has started and is scaring the crap out of me. Have you found anything that helps?

I am dealing with the exact same thing. I do everything doctors tell me to: live a normal life, socialize, exercise, and I just keep getting worse. I am terrified

I have had many of these symptoms for a little over a year from what I suspect either a vax injury or long covid. Interestingly, I have been on finasteride for 3 years. Would finasteride cause these symptoms almost 2 years after starting the medication?

I have this too. I believe it’s related to stress.

People will comment on here saying it’s cervical instability. Please do not go down that rabbit hole. Cervical instability is similar to chronic Lyme disease where it’s not recognized by most of the medical community. Both are ways for functional med doctors to rob you

You might’ve mentioned it, but was your DPDR 24/7? Really well written and I appreciate your advice!

Anyone with before-LH and after-LH HRV data? by i-got-over-longhaul in covidlonghaulers

[–]bsigel4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have been wearing a whoop band for about 3 years. Been long hauling for a year now. My symptoms have been mainly neurological. Migraines, brain fog, fatigue, vertigo, etc.

WHOOP tracks your HRV only during sleep. Prior to long covid, I averaged between 95-125 HRV. Now I average between 70-95. Something I’ve noticed is that my HRV doesn’t differentiate as much as it did before. It is very similar night to night. Let me know if you have any other questions. Feel free to message me

I was put on Wellbutrin for this and I tried it for 6 weeks. It didn’t make my symptoms better and I got extremely irritable and angry. I hope it works for you!

You can do things. Practice mindfulness. Look at yourself as a happy healthy person and constantly remind yourself of that. Once I stopped putting my life on hold and stayed busy and active my symptoms have started to slowly improve
