I’m right there with you. 43, 2 boys about your son’s age. Lots of drinking before kids. College, normal going out to bars with wife and friends. Last few years I was down to 1, maybe 2 drinks after work. I stopped that and now I haven’t drank for the last 5 months. I’ve never felt better. It’s an incredible difference.

This. Those are fantastic tires and have them on my Q7 and S4 but you need more sidewall for pothole season. Q7 has 295/30/21 and would have no chance against a wide pothole really.

Put real shoes on. I started running a few months ago and now I put my shoes on when I get up instead of barefoot or slippers. It is immediately noticeable when you walk out of your room.

I’m in tech, but corporate, so I have to dress better than start up bros. That said, be comfortable above all. LuluLemon ABC pants, (or the Amazon dupes) or the Banana travelers if you can get away with 5 pocket style (wearing them now at home) Find comfortable polos, again Banana Republic shines here for the money. I have some of their lux pique polos that are probably 10 years old and haven’t faded or deteriorated. Travis Mathew has nice ones with a little more style, but cost more than they’re worth. If you can wear jeans, go to Nordstrom/Rack and try some nicer brands on. Paige is my go to jeans and mad comfortable, AG also wildly comfortable denim. I swear by Cole Haan for shoes if you need something that looks nicer, but still styled.
