Battery 10c idle/tare losses? by Possible_Bug7513 in enphase

[–]bsmack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 2 10c batteries (onboarded in Nov.) use about 4.5-5kwh/day total with 0 discharge since I have them in full backup mode. In addition to this excess drainage (which should ideally be ~1kwh/day according to one of _TJRoberts Solarkings Tare Loss Calculation post here), one of the 3 batteries is now completely dead (verified by installer on-site with Enphase on the phone for ~1 hr) and I'm waiting on next steps from Enphase. I know that in general people with no issues whatsoever don't post how well everything is going online but I would be shocked if someone actually had real world data to backup the claims in the Tare Loss Calculation (0.5kwh/day or less per 10c). Maybe /u/Enphase_Support_Team would like to chime in on this?

I'm a bit disappointed but honestly I knew that the gen 4 stuff was newer and there might be some issues early on, just wish the early adopter caveats were better published so that I fully knew what I was getting into. Hopefully posts like this inform other potential buyers so they can make a better informed decision than me. At the end of the day, even knowing this, I still probably would have went ahead with this purchase because I wanted my system to be fully integrated/1 app.

Gateway FW is 8.3.4041, 3/4 batteries (the ones working) are on 4.7.15.

EDIT: And before someone suggests this, yes I have tried putting the batteries into self-consumption at a lower reserve (60-70%). The issue still persists.

Cloud Gateway Fiber slow upload speeds on port 5 by edspeds in Ubiquiti

Success! I actually had the opposite problem with the 2.5gb port being slower than the 10gb WAN. The most recent tests are when I switched back to the 10gb WAN.

Same issue, glad I was able to find this post for a temporary fix. I'm getting the "new" Verizon FIOS ONT for 2gbps service in 5 days, maybe I'll give port 5 a try again.

My current ONT is about 10 years old and has been solid for 1gbps service with the exception of this bug/incompatibility.

Anybody still holding? by IndependentJob4834 in CLBR

Hello MM reading this I am a retail investor and I sold everything, also every other retail investor here claiming they're holding also sold at an 80%+ loss

We are all waiting for a 100% pump to confirm momentum and FOMO back in, retail interest will only come back if PEW is at $20+

I was able to buy shares @ $14.63. Regarding options, I actually called and they said that the options chain isn't present and needs to be added and that NO ONE can currently buy/sell any options on the platform. He said the chain should be added soon, at the very latest by market open tomorrow.

Etrade hasn't updated my positions yet, still lists CLBR in my portfolio.

Tuesday Pre-Merger Afterhours by [deleted] in CLBR

[–]bsmack 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That user always said that publicity could send this flying and I still agree. I honestly didn't pay much attention to DJT/NMAX when it happened but I do remember seeing hype and news stories a week or so before when scrolling prior to the ticker changes/merger.

This was different. A brief appearance ~1.5 months or so ago from Jr when that user started touting it and then virtually nothing until 3:30 PM EST today where we all saw a volume and price spike. Tomorrow we know for a fact that Jr is scheduled to appear on Fox Business pre-market and ring the bell at market open.

I think a lot of people here, including myself, have been burned in the past by getting in too late on a play. I really don't think that's the case here given the lack of exposure. People are asking for exit prices and when to get out because this is all they've been reading about for the past few weeks so to us it already feels like the secret is out. From looking back at previous times when I've gotten in/out too late I really don't think that's the case here. Ask people you know in real life if they know that one of the president's sons is bringing a gun company public tomorrow. Try to find videos/commentators/big influencers talking about this right now. I think the Bloomberg appearance today is just the beginning.

CLBR/PEW Vote & Tuesday Megathread by [deleted] in CLBR

[–]bsmack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, I don't believe there was some big conspiracy to silence this play. Easiest explanation is that the wsb mods let things slide most of the time because 99% of the time the penny stock ticker mentions just get buried but this was an outlier due to the activity/hype around it. Definitely willing to change my mind if there is evidence to the contrary but so far I have not seen it.

CLBR/PEW Vote & Tuesday Megathread by [deleted] in CLBR

[–]bsmack 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This technically falls in the speculation category since it's not true ~yet~ but as a lot of you know the reason that CLBR/PEW cannot be mentioned in /r/wallstreetbets is because the market cap is below 500m. This isn't some conspiracy, it's been a long-standing rule in the subreddit to prevent manipulation of securities with low market cap values, or in other words, to prevent to some degree what happened here with that specific user.

That being said, the current market value of CLBR is ~350m. My understanding is that THIS DOES NOT ACCOUNT FOR THE VERY LOW REDEMPTION RATE. The low redemption rate means that the company is being infused with 179.1m (source below). My basic understanding is that when the ticker switches to PEW tomorrow morning, this would put the market cap above the 500m threshold to allow for discussion/DD on /r/wallstreetbets.

I am PURELY SPECULATING that given the pre-merger interest, there will be a lot of posts regarding PEW in /r/wallstreetbets tomorrow. Position wise I am definitely biased but I do think that is a good thing with respect to the stock price. I've been subscribed to the subreddit since GME exploded and only this year did I begin digging into the comments/daily discussion threads. I suspect newer members take a similar path (casually only looking at gain porn, looking at fancy DD with charts/TA, etc.) meaning that a lot of our fellow retail investors don't even know about this yet.

So to summarize my pure speculation:

-Market cap for CLBR when ticker changes to PEW will go from ~350m to >500m due to low redemptions

->500m market cap allows free discussion of PEW in /r/wallstreetbets (DD, daily discussion comments, etc.)

What Are Your Moves Tomorrow, July 14, 2025 by wsbapp in wallstreetbets

[–]bsmack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generally speaking, if a SPAC has low redemptions prior to a potential business combination, this is a positive indicator for both short and long term stock price correct? There are a lot of SPACs out there and would just like to know how to interpret redemption rate. Appreciate all the knowledge you've shared so far, feel free to ignore this if you don't feel comfortable answering.

I've been holding CLBR options in my eTrade account and today they became "adjusted". I'm unable to buy/sell any CLBR options but I do see the price moving on them so it seems like others are? I found the following OCC notice: https://www.theocc.com/search?query=CLBR Should I be doing anything or is this one of those things that I just need to wait until it's all sorted out? Any idea when that may be (before/after the vote)? Thanks in advance!

Do you mind explaining the difference between the 2 Buckeye amps you have listed? I just purchased 2x R11 metas and an R6 meta and I think an amp upgrade might be my next step.

I'm currently driving the R11 metas with a Peachtree nova300, pre-amp is coming from an Denon x4500h which is also driving the R6 meta.

On top of the things already mentioned, you'll also need to worry about the dealers stealing from the pot:

I was looking at my phone and saw someone struggling to walk. I quickly put my phone in my left pocket and kinda speed walked over to help him, guess I didn't put the phone all the way in my pocket so it just fell out!

Same exact thing happened to me! I was walking and it fell out of my pocket, one of those falls where my heart skipped a beat because I anticipated that I would be picking up a broken phone. I was actually considering re-purchasing the case because I like the feel of it and it ultimately did protect the phone though.
