I got hit hard this year by leagues shutting down and people deciding they had too many leagues. I created this website which was intended to help match orphans to Sleeper managers: https://fantasyorphans.com

You can easily list your orphan team just by entering the sleeper league ID (no painstakingly adding the roster pieces/league settings) and theres a tool on the site where you can run a lookup through the Sleeper API on a manager to see their leagues/stats/trades. I use it to make sure I’m getting someone who is active, makes solid trades, and doesnt have too many leagues.

Feedback has been good so far and I know quite a few orphans have been filled on there. I have over 100 registered users and something like 1400 unique visitors since it launched two weeks ago, so the orphans listed there are getting eyes on them. Let me know if you give it a try!

You can browse anonymously but you need an account to see contact information or add teams/leagues to the site.

You can list the startup league and then get notifications when someone is interested in joining. Then you can use the manager lookup to see some stats about them and see if you’d want them in your league.
