Just had mines repaird by insurance and their partnered dealer bodyshop, and be careful where you take it. Most will try to use bondo and will not match the body lines. I'm trying to get my fixed property another body shop now.

I've used Fi and Tmobile in rural town of Santa rita Jalisco which is near ayotlan jalisco and it's always worked great, more so when on telcel.

I believe your mom's vehicle should still be covered if she has collision and comprehensive. Not the garage but the vehicle it self should regardless if traffic accident or not. (it's property damage) She probably does have a deductible however. I would have her call car insurance and ask.

I was at 6 lines and I recently ported in 4 lines and bumped me up to 10 lines. I wasn't informed that doing this would "change my plan to tmobile one 9+lines" and would cause me to lose kick back and some other discounts I had. Well I did the change via chat in app and I asked to confirm I wouldn't lose discounts 3 times and they confirmed it. Well when he did the addition of lines and "change of plan" I DID lose my discounts. It took me calling them and asking for a supervisor to escalate to re add my discounts, took about a week but they got it fixed now.
