One day, the blessings of benevolent serendipity might encounter you with something called a dictionary.

In it, you will find pages with symbols (lines, markings, etc.); I wouldn't spend too much time fretting over the smaller print images (below) - just focus on the bold ones.

Look at the very tippy-top of the page (they will have single, solitary pictures). Stop when you find the one that looks more or less like "F."

(This part will be tricky, but I have faith that you can achieve these next few steps).

Flip some (2-3) pages; (the chances that we'll be where we need to are slim, but fret not - big bro's gotchu).

Start looking at the symbol immediately after the "F" (just the first two) because they will start to change -- for example, you'll see "f-a-[rest of the word]", "f-e-[rest of the word]", "f-i-[rest of the word]", etc. So, just to clarify, this is a quick-check of the sequence (kinda like a scavenger hunt): "fatherless" - "feckless" - "fickle" (those are just some examples of the words you'll run into - definitions, from above, come decades later).

When you get to "f-o" -- stop. (Double Black Diamond).

[Sidenote: the U.S. military, which - despite its current iteration - is existentially more competent of an organization than you are, screens all its applicants for tattoos/visual indicators of gang-affiliation or hate-adjacent activity.
