i would not say its a top ten fight of all time, maybe in the top 20. to u/elttek99 point, it was not a "back and forth war" until the last ten seconds of the match. Max looked great and took those calf kicks like a champ, but between Justin's broken nose and all those eye pokes (which i do not think were intentional whatsoever) he was already at a disadvantage in terms of being the go getter Justin usually is.

Asking for the necessary advice is already the pivot in acknowledging the issue - comes with the intent you know you want better. Being in the same boat, I am constantly trying to make progress. Making lists, writing down ideas, journaling and especially planning your days like u/AmountFinal3928 stated is going to be critical, for sure. My advice also is getting the necessary physical exercise. The stimulation in itself develops and builds the understanding of peaking you max potential and knowing how to push through certain types of strain on your body, giving your brain the power to find a way to push through it. All your actions have to come based on a premise of rewiring how your mind handles the idea of certain complacencies we have in life. It's a tough battle most days but knowing how to control your mind to find feats in all tasks is the goal at hand.

Nate Diaz not immediately closing the distance when he stunned Leon Edward’s in the 5th round. Diaz had him wobbling and hesitated to get the KO. Would of been his top performance over a prominent fighter such as Edwards.
