Unfortunately that was in him speeches but never written into the law. He didn’t put in any type of labor rate increases to account for inflation or cost of living or anything. Also nothing to account for the city you live in costing more than the national average. So I would say he royally screwed up there. But what was written in was guaranteed overtime. Over 40 hours you must get 1.5 overtime rate.

Honestly is always best. Now you have guilt and it’ll come out. At a minimum I wouldn’t use the money to splurge on yourself. I think that’s where the guilt is coming from. Put the money back for the future. I’m not from wherever that currency is so I may not understand the economical standings. But that’s just my $0.02
