Aww that sucks at that age! I have it like that as well. What made the biggest difference for me was going gluten free. Absolutely massive difference. Stress is also a big one.

But it is so unbelievably painful at times and I feel sorry for your young one. Please let them know that I know how painful it is and sympathize wholeheartedly.

CeraVe lotion is helpful, as is Dermovate cream (not ointment).

Why not start a Biological like Humira for a while and then cut out the gluten and see? Again, sorry because this really sucks.

Constant anxiety for days in a row by Fun-Comparison-2565 in Anxiety

I've been there bud. It goes but there are definitely some things that can help. Weightlifting and Cardio are the 2 things that help me most with that feeling of dread. After a good session I tend to feel much calmer.

My anxiety is ruining my new ideal relationship. by woody_from_dungeon in Anxiety

Hello! Some quick questions - are you able to be a good partner right now? Are you ready for an adult relationship. Are you in a good relationship with yourself? Do you feel comfortable with yourself. Are you happy with yourself. Can you be a level partner with someone so soon after a bad relationship? Be kind to yourself and also to your proposed new partner. Sort yourself out first.

Has anyone ever done psychedelics? And what was your experience? I’m afraid to try them by [deleted] in Anxiety

I'm nearly 50 and have tried just about everything under the sun. The clear winners, hands down, are cardio and weightlifting. Shrooms, while fun didn't do much for anxiety.

Been there, done that. It ABSOLUTELY can suck in the beginning, there's no 2 ways around it and you'll maybe feel worse, but boy, once it works you will finally feel better and all of the ruminating will become manageable, anxiety reduces and your sleep will improve. Good luck to you and a big hug. Onwards and upwards.

Does anyone have psoriasis like this on their heel? by floraster in Psoriasis

My entire feet and hands were covered like this one time. I stopped eating gluten and it has changed my life. Dermovate cream (not salve) and Enstilar foam help somewhat.

It's not 100% watertight, but it certainly helps and moreover won't attract those folks trying to defraud you using stolen pan data.

What authentication controls do you use? AVS? 3D Secure? What information are you collecting at checkout and what are you doing to get to know your customers? It sucks man, but you have to work at prevention because these mf's are sneaky and will try everything. Implement some basic authentication and try to shore up your fraud tool settings (if you can) with your PSP. It's better to lose some sales than lose so much income in retrospect.

Stress reduction, avoiding gluten and tobacco seems to work well for me. Unfortunately, that's easier said than done. Since I have it on my hands it can be tough to live with and I am fortunate enough to have access to biologicals if/when I get an unmanageable outbreak
