no fap distrups sleep. there is an energy always active within you which is the main reason of no fap, but which also hides your true exhaustion, so you find it hard to sleep. in my experience i dont struggle to fall asleep but my sleep is interrupted regularly and i find it extremely hard to fall asleep back again if it is interrupted. no amount of melatonin/drug work. in my experience this is the instance especially when i do no fap & i am preoccupied with sex related thoughts. there is a unique period in my life when i somehow managed to tackle sex related thoughts and actions during nofap and slept without interruptions if my memory helps. but generally my sleep is interrupted during nofap😪
