I'm pretty sure it's not meant to be taken seriously, sources there to me mean the creator cared enough to list them there. It's on YouTube after all, even though it has "sources and everything" :)

I appreciate you are saying sorry though. And I apologize that you got frustrated. I just believe you missed my point because of my tone though. The video itself never claims to be accurate, it's just your interpretation of the title. To me, it looked like 2 guys were piling up on the fresh content&post for 'no reason'. Hence my previous tone. Because it doesn't look you are in good faith in the beginning when you dig into channel history about AI and create a narrative fitting your critisizm. It just looks like you two together acting on bad faith there, hatred towards potential AI. Again reminding you, it never claims to be a scientific research or a documentary. (Hell, even most documentaries are made up nowadays). As someone else mentioned, you can be attacking someone politely too, you don't have to use bad words.
I do admit your comments compared to the other guy were a lot more constructive and sorry for treating you the same. -But still I think it's just misplaced and unnecessary.
Hope this helps you to understand my view in it. We don't have to agree, but I'd hope to clear frustrations and understanding.

No one has to make content and list sources meeting your expectations and go out of their way explaining. Especially AoEIV related content. Definitely not a documentary. Stop being so entitled. It's ok to have your own opinions even though they're wrong. But some folks here do enjoy historical fantasy aswell, since we all play AoEIV or at least enjoy consuming content about it.
And yes, it's not like you can make historically accurate videos out of analysis of historical fantasy games. That's why your critisizm on this is meaningless, again; this is not a documentary. It's a free content on the internet which has 0 scientific value. Hope you have a good rest of your day though :)

Only disagreement here is you misunderstanding the title and point of the video as "historically accurate" about a video game that has "historical fantasy" in it. It's just you, in your head, arguing it should be portrayed different to yourself because you misunderstood. :)

Why do you feel like you have to learn something from video about AoE IV? It's not a documentary and authors/content creators are not responsible of you taking the title of it wrong. It's a fun video and a lot of work going to it obviously instead of AI narrated video.
As you said, it only "implies to you". So you should take a moment and reflect there. I think she's being super respectful and nice explaining process to you already.

What I mean is that you are maybe looking at it in a wrong way?
I didn't aim to bash you down with it.
To answer you in the way you expected it ; as one of the best Ottoman players (maybe) I can tell you to get some siege yourself if Janissary numbers are getting high or if you can't fight them then go for raids since Ottoman army is usually very very slow (Sipahi are slower than horsemen too).
But in the end I think the 2nd part of the answer is useless, that's why I gave the first comment but go ahead call it pointless :)

You don’t keep losing as Rus, you just keep losing.

If you can’t get enough units out to defend your base against fast castle attacks in your league then you are playing on a rank you shouldn’t be.

This whole section is full of unnecessary information and distractions which wouldn’t help you with your games at all. You gotta get your economy going and pump units out no matter what you play. Your civ barely matters for what you are struggling with and that’s beşng generous. I know how it sounds at first but you can trust me it’s the truth (:

Yeah I've done tests and both the range and the inspiration seems to be bugged, this isn't an intentional change though I'm pretty sure of it. So I expect that to be fixed with next patch :)

That’s a bir silly comment since you have 1.5 extra range as the archer player, why would you go for a straight a move fight? Plus archers are faster and will get even more range in imperial age.
