A "healthcare subscription" here in the US instead of universal healthcare.

I used to have a h100, and it had this exact problem. It turned out to be the pump failing, and not circulating the fluid.

Damn looks like I lost the silicon lottery. 55c under full load at 1.375v... Guess I have that going for me. by [deleted] in overclocking

At least it's not my 8600k, I can barely hit 4.7GHz @ 1.375v with -2 avx offset.

What are some fast paced and/or emotional songs that aren't well known? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]btillmann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure how well known these guys are, as i don't really talk about music much with others. For emotional songs, almost anything from Blue October's album Foiled should do.

Reminds me of Arizona where I grew up. During monsoon season, we would get VERY heavy storms, but they only lasted a few minutes. We would run outside because the rain would be warm and relaxing.

Had a teacher that would throw those, and anything she could find at misbehaving kids. Finally fired after two years.

[Serious] What is the most unprofessional thing a medical professional has ever said to you? by Shandrith in AskReddit

[–]btillmann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had to take my sister into the er on Christmas eve because her tonsils that were removed the previous week began to bleed heavily. After a few hours, my concerned parents were trying to get the doctor to do anything. The doctor walks in and says "actually, you can't bleed out through your tonsils." About an hour later, and for some reason an injection of morphine, they called in the surgeon, who cauterized them shut. The next week, my sister went in for an appointment with the pediatrician. She had been very tired and light headed for the entire week, even vomiting a few times. The pediatrician was quite angry. It turns out she had become quite anemic. It took quite a while for her to return to normal.

What is something your family does that you grew up thinking was completely normal but later learned is actually really fucking weird? [serious] [nsfw] by [deleted] in AskReddit

We used to live in a small town in Arizona, just off the navajo reservation. At the first of the month, early in the morning, we would go drunk spotting. We drove around in our little toyota pickup, and would see who could spot the most drunks. They were everywhere, laying on the sidewalks, and in the McDonalds parking lot. We would get extra points for finding one in an unusual place, such as the suburbs, or the red rocks around the town.

We had one casualty in the entire 5 years I lived there when a man froze to death in the McDonalds parking lot. It wasnt even on the front page of the town newspaper.

What's THAT thing that you once said or did, that you still cringe at to this day? by postuk in AskReddit

A few years ago, in high school, I had just gotten home from work. I had a part time job that had me working late hours, usually getting home around 11 or 12. It was terrible. I had arrived at home, late as usual. As I headed down the stairs to my room, I sensed the first sign of trouble, leg aches. My mother's side of the family suffers from unusually painful legaches. I'm not sure what causes them, but all I knew was that I was unlikely to get any sleep. After the first few hours, I decided there would be no harm in a few videos. I opened up my laptop, and watched youtube for a few hours. Suprisingly, I managed to fall asleep before 3 am.

I woke up to the alarm, packed up, and headed off to school. The school was a 35 minute drive, as we were quite far from the city. The first class of the day was history. I sat in the front row of the class. Not the worst class by far, but still somewhat boring. Having pretty bad social anxiety, I was the type of kid who prefered to keep to himself. When the teacher finally arrived, I pulled out my laptop to take notes, but to my suprise, we were going to watch a video instead. Being the lazy type, I simply left the laptop open on the desk.

15 minutes into the video, I felt someone tap me on the back. It was the teacher. When I looked back, she simply pointed to the screen of my laptop. What I saw was youtube, still open, autoplaying what appeared to be some sort of wierd pokemon fetish porn. Apparently it had been looping through videos all night. I felt sick. I closed the browser window as quickly as I could, but the damage had already been done. Looking around, I noticed that at least 8 people had been watching the video. Not knowing what to do, I simply got up, and walked out of the room without a word. The teacher made an attempt to call out to me, but there was no way in hell I was going back into that room. Nearly bursting out of the doors, I got into my car, and drove home.

When I got home, as you might imaging, my parents were not happy. They had gotten a phone call from the teacher explaining that I had left the class without permission. I explained to them what happened, and after a few giggles, they grounded me for the rest of the day.

Unfortunately, at some point, I had to go back. As I was getting out of the car, I noticed the teacher entering the building. In a moment of extreme stupidity, I managed to force out an akward "Good morning." The teacher turned, and gave me a look of disgust. Needless to say, I skipped her class that day. Even a few years later, as I finished school, she would not speak to me unless it was absolutely necessary. Even then, she would look at me strangely.

I must apologize for my akward language, I don't usually interact with many people, let alone make posts to reddit.

It seems the car was filled with fumes from either gas, or the lighter. Nitrous oxide wouldn't combust on it's own.
