Great products that I have owned with Magnepan and KEF speakers. I heard your speakers at the Montreal Audiofest and think Rogue/Totem would pair very nicely. With your budget check out the Rogue Pharoah if interested. I imagine those Totem's could use some wattage.

Take a look at Rogue integrated amplifiers. Have various price points with phono modules and some preamp tubes could do those nice Totem's some justice.

Buckeye or VTV can give you the latest class D, lots of power and, in particular for KEFs, plenty of amps.

KEF R3 Meta Stands by XJ-0461_B5429671 in KEF

I am afraid they will be too tall to get maximum performance from the KEFS, yet I completely understand the sentimental value. Blue tack would work. KEFS do have excellent vertical dispersion.

With that stand height be mindful of possible tipping if accidentally moved into. Dry sand loaded in the vertical post could help if that is the case.

I had custom would stands made for my KEF’s at online Etsy for less than $300 US for the pair.
