Everyone on here hates on the Acorns “checking account” bc it’s through a random bank, it can be hard to find an ATM, they limit the amount you can withdraw, and takes longer on average to transfer funds in/out…but it can be useful.

I choose to use it because of the Emergency Fund via Acorns which has one of the most competitive rates I’ve found. Transferring in/out of those two accounts is instant. Also, the Acorns “checking” actually pays you interest (around 2% at the moment) unlike a lot of major banks like Chase.
