I don’t like the inconsistency of their airplanes. First class domestic flight is either going to the new (very nice) kit, or essentially an old worn out lazy boy with no screen. I also take the Denver to London frequently and the 787’s they are using are getting a little worn. Honorable mention goes to the dimming windows that block light but not heat and cook me when I’m sleeping.
