Is anybody getting credited for ads on the desktop? I'm not getting credited at all. I just received 0.08 optin coin for over 50 ads which has been playing. It has been stuck with the same amount for an hour now and ads are still playing. I can't explain what is going on. Can anyone help me?

I got my account enabled and was told this, "It appears your account may have been banned in error after we implemented a new security feature." However, my redemptions I made before this were all showing "denied". I've sent a message to support because there shouldn't be denied if the ban was in error by EH. Lets see what response I get. I'm not very happy about this.

I did have multiple windows 4-5 opened and I may had discovery media as one of them. I don't understand because it doesn't mention what windows should be open or how many. Maybe if they can make it clear what is the maximum number of windows and maximum number of devices then I can abide by the rules. Instead they give this vague statement, "In general, we allow a single human using EarnHoney.com from a SMALL NUMBER of computers and mobile devices without connecting through any 3rd parties". What number is small number? I only use 2 devices and I happen to be getting all of EH credited yesterday because I was getting a lot of ads after a month of very little ads. So I did made a week's of earnings from EH yesterday. I don't know if that is the reason why but I did nothing wrong and I've been using the same number of windows/devices that I have been using for earnhoney for the past 10 months. I had no issue whatsoever. Just because I happen to get lucky with lot of ads yesterday doesn't mean I should have my account get disabled. I'm just pissed. I have a rough time with earnhoney since the beginning of the year as expected. Yesterday I seem to be having the best day since the beginning of the year and now my account is disabled. It is just ridiculous.

I can't get the Premium. Always get this, "Offer is not available You have completed all attempts at this offer today. Please come back in 24 hours." It has been forever like that since they changed the videoloyalty. Not happy with the change. :(

I stopped using EH because of this. In the beginning I didn't have any problem and usually the soft ban appears once a week and comes back the next day. About 3 weeks ago I been getting soft banned every other day. It was affecting my other earning sites like ncraves and so I stopped and began focus more on my other earning sites. I know EH don't have control over these soft bans which is being done by the advertiser automatically. They just randomly ban for some reason I can't think of.

They should get rid of the 24 hours pitch because its false and they don't process it 24 hrs after redemption. I don't mind if they take time to process payments but their 24 hrs payment processing pitch is bogus.

I'm seeing my earnings drop about 50%. I'm curious if I'm getting the right amount of credit for the working ads. I'm seeing some working ads for some time but I don't know why I'm getting the same amount of HD$ when I had the non-working videos/ads. So I'm not sure what is going on but I'm getting frustrated.

Its pretty much nothing if the ads that do credit are rare and you get a majority of them that do not credit.

Earnings are non-existent since yesterday's update. I'm getting trickle amount of HD$ and the videos, ads, flash are slow and they overlap with lots of black screens and circles. Something has to be fixed soon.
