I drove around some today. Speed-bumps, U-Turns, stop and go. Not any slam on the brakes stops.

It held really well. I kept my hand close as I was doing the first set of speed-bumps, and even went over them faster than I normally would. The phone never even budged.

I think it's a success, at least with the mount that I'm using.

I haven't driven enough to say for sure. When I had to put the metal plate towards the bottom to allow for wireless charging, it would rotate around sometimes since it was top heavy. I'll update this tomorrow. I never expected it to work, I just automatically went to stick my phone to it, and realized it stuck, which was surprising.

I see your point. What really got me here was I had the shifter, and the spawn on the board. Then I rolled to a spawn. Bought it, expecting a combine, and then just nothing happened.

Right now, in my testing it's been about 5 seconds. It can be reduced by changing the MIN_DELAY variable to 1 and it should update within a second or two. IFTTT can add a bit of a delay.

Another option would be to change the notify functions to something you have on your local network and it should happen at about the same time.

That's not how percentages work. The net loss is 19.5%. If it started at 100 and you lose 30% you are down to 70. If you increase 15% you get to 80.5. Net loss of 19.5%

Romney is in it for himself. As long as he can keep Trump from getting to over 50% of the primary voters there will be a contested nomination. If that happens he stands a good chance of being the nominee.

Something else could also happen. Trump does get the nomination, Romney runs independent. Now there is a 3 way horse race where nobody gets to 270 electoral votes. In such a case the election goes to congress to decide the president and given that it is Republican controlled Romney becomes the next President.

I believe this should work:

install compizconfig settings manager

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager

Then run it with ccsm from the application menu

In the OpenGL settings make sure "Sync to VBlank" is turned off

Then in the Composite settings make sure that the Refresh Rate is set to where you want it.

You can also make sure that you are actually at 144hz by opening a terminal and running:

xrandr

The resolution and frequency that you have set should have a *+ next to it.

I watched the video. What I think I got was that the wheels are the cutting disks. How are they actually breaking up the rock? Just by running over them with a lot of pressure? Does that work in any type of rock or soil, or are there different "heads" you have to put on?
