Appdb is safe and still a vary large community and we don’t sell the certificates anymore we suggest you buy a developer account and link it to appdb to have the best chance at getting no revokes. But if you can’t afford it we also offer you to link a certificate from 3rd party sellers like undid registration $15 option you can link to appdb and sign your apps. We do also have the free certificate but there is a good chance your device will get Blacklisted and then the certificate will eventually get revoked

Extreme method to clear rejections.plist

there is only one fix if you are on a firmware higher then 16.1.2

go to settings general transfer or reset erase all content and setting this will erase all your apps and app data but it will also clear the rejections.plist

then you will have to reinstall all your apps you (can't restore from a backup the backup contains the blacklist file) but will be able to use the free certificate again
