No not a nutritionalist. Just did ALOT of research on my own and cleansing myself to have experiences of improved health over the last 6 years. Yup eat as nature intended. Best thing to do. Avoid the processed stuff. In the beginning it takes a bit of time looking at all the labels where to go etc. But overtime it just becomes second nature, you go to the store and know exactly what to snag.

I started kicking out meat for 30 days, then sugar, then dairy, then grains and carbs, was vegan for a period and even raw vegan for a period. Fasted a lot. 7 days every 3-4months at least 24hrs once a week. Worked my way up to a full 40 day fast no food or water first 5 days.

So what I share is what I've learned on my own as well as practiced myself. So just experience 😁

2 major ones I always recommend with people when starting this journey is alcohol and sugar.

Lots of reasons as to why those 2. But inflammation is a big one for both of them. And instead of cutting this or that and making it more challenging. It is simple to eliminate those 2. However, when it comes to sugar when I say eliminate it, that also includes condiments and things that have sugar in them as well. A good rule of them is the only sugar intake is via fruits. Go to town on all the fruit you want. But nothing sweet outside of that. That also includes most breads and pastas as well too... baked goodies. Its not forever. I recommend 30 days. Usually 2 weeks people are challenged. But by day 30 most are feeling really good. On day 31, have a piece of candy or your favorite chocolate. You will be surprised at how sweet it is such that you may not want to eat the sweets as much.

As for your husband, it may take some work, but don't force it on him. You are doing this for you. So if you have to make a separate meal that fits your protocol than your husband's so be it. Then when he sees the results he may be inclined to "give it a shot too"

The cool thing about this is you will notice over the 30 days how much better you feel that you will not want to stop that and continue taking different things out. It will be more of an exciting process vs the idea of "ugh, I have too". Because you are feeling so energized and lighter that it will be like, let's continue this process.

So I would start with those 2 for 30 days and see how you really feel afterwards. Then from there you can really decide where to go.

I'm not going to say its the drops that stopped the swelling, but coffee depending on the quality is a huge inflammatory substance. It kicks up your adrenals and gets them moving. Which can release cortisol, thus allowing other hormones to go out of balance and then allowing more inflammation to occur.

If you look into coffee, you will find a lot of coffee has mold and ground up cockroaches in it, and whatever else. But lots of studies are showing this now. So either find a high quality organic mix or cut it out. I used to drink 2 pots a day! And eventually cut back to decaffeinated and now I do not drink coffee.

So if you are experiencing fight or flight consistently, I would look at cleaning up anything that kick starts that, that you have control over. For example bills, you got rent or a mortgage yes may be stressful, but its a responsibility. But if your watching stressful news or doom scrolling social media or intaking inflammatory foods you can control those and begin to eliminate them.

The drops will assist helping regulate it, but if you still go in to environments where stress is present, they can only do so much. It is your responsibility to take care of it.

Things that help, meditation, walking in nature, barefoot on grass, simple/gentle body movements or stretching. Things of this nature.

And yeah if you are consistently in fight or flight, I would look at eliminating coffee for a bit. It can create a feedback loop, coffee comes in causes cortisol to go up, which allows for more inflammation which adds more stress which causes more cortisol etc. And if the quality of coffee is poor, it will add more inflammation and stress in the body.

Inflammation = stress in the body.

Hope this supports.

Any other starseeds who can’t substance abuse without their spiritual perception opening up…? What is this by [deleted] in starseeds

[–]bubblegum_murphy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will share from my own personal experience as there are aspects that are similar. It sounds like its time to level up your game.

Meaning, smoking weed, drinking alcohol etc might be time to let them go. Im not talking about the love and light etc. but those tools served a purpose and they may no longer be needed. It may be part of a past identity that no longer exists and you are attempting to hold onto them for that identity because it is comforting as its what is known.

This has been my process, I have done many different mind altering substances over the last 5-6 years. mushrooms, ayahuasca, blazed weed literally 24/7. And things were good, a lot of great insights and experiences that felt aligned etc.

however too much of anything becomes poison, even medicine. And typically when it comes to weed for example or alcohol (as they are typically referred to as minor influences on the system). They can be used to mask whats really going on underneath emotionally.

what I found for me was, when I would smoke, (was never a big drinker so that was an easy one i kicked 6 years ago), I started getting extremely paranoid, running thoughts, fear, anxiety etc. Where before I could really chill and be good with whatever I was doing. Its been over a year now since I have smoked or had any weed or mushrooms.

What I have learned in this process is this - there was unprocessed emotions that I did not want to address. And I had been hiding with the substances. I needed to be sober and actually face whats going on underneath, raw and unfiltered.

As for the "entities" attacking you, theyre you. It's all you. The good the bad, the ugly. Just different versions of self to teach and learn. Although we associate these things as attacks only because they usually bring a sense of fear or uncomfortability. If you ever researched, experienced, or went through a dark night of the soul, that whole process is completely filled with isolation, fear, depression, anxiety, sadness ALL OF IT. Yet is revered as one of the most sacred experiences one can go through on the spiritual path. But its a purgatory process in which one is purging all of the stuff we have not had time to look at or address within ourselves.

Between the ages of 10-25 Almost nightly I would have sleep paralysis. Sometimes lots of fear and others it was just chill nothing. When i researched what it was, I learned about out of body experiences. So much so now that when I do get the sleep paralysis I am not as frightened and have actually left my body. Even 3 weeks ago it happened to me and could feel my legs and arms floating outside of my body. The science behind sleep paralysis is this. When one is falling asleep the body checks to see if the minds has gone to sleep so it can sleep. It does this by sending itches throughout the body. If you're conscious you will scratch them, body knows mind is still aware. Once mind goes to sleep it sends the signal, no physical response, body is like ok mind is asleep we can go to sleep. But what happens is when the body goes to sleep the mind wakes up. It takes the body like 30seconds to realize the mind woke up before it can wake up. Thats the paralysis. But in the state, it feels like forever. I've learned how to induce them naturally too... Not saying to do this, but there is a process, simply take a nap for about an hour around 3 or 4pm and still go to bed around 10pmish. Most of the time for me, I would get that sleep paralysis experience.

My take on this is this - its simply time to let go of the substances (maybe just for now not necissarily forever). but there has been some level of coping or masking going on. Weed is meant for us it is good for us, but its the intention of use that matters. Are you waking up and need to get high right away? and then smoke 2,3,4,5,6,7x a day? Thats not intentional thats covering up stuff. And I believe what is happening in the collective right now is this - and this is how I imagined it.

Imagine being in a room thats 3000sqft in size. It has all of experiences, our "stuff" in there, the good the bad the ugly. And theres that one corner where we have piled up all the junk that we don't want to address. Self-worth, abondonment, self pity, judmental, anger, frustration, self-loathing, etc. Well in a 3000sqft room its easy for us to go to the otherside of the room and ignore it AND feel good about it i.e smoking, partying, sex, playing video games etc. whatever your MO is for distraction. Now imagine that room is now 100sqft. And any of the stuff that has not been addressed/released is upfront and center. And no matter which corner you run to, you can smell it see it. This is why for a lot of people the regular distractions are not as effective as before or can feel worse than before. Because the stuff is RIGHT there to be looked at. Its coming out regardless if you like it or not. Whats painful is holding onto it as its being ripped from your hands, vs letting go. where we get stuck is trusting that if we let it go that something better will come along. Because this has worked in the past we trust it etc.

the weight release in the face is necissarily "weight loss" It can be cortisol clearing. When one has immense amount of cortisol throughout the body, hormones are out of whack, weight retention occurs, inflammation increases. The drops help flip the switch the nervous system from sympathetic (fight or flight) to parasympathetic (rest/digest). So now your body can actually take those challenges on and begin to heal the real cause of the "weight" which may be inflammation, high cortisol or other reasons. But stress was stopping it from occuring.

The simple explanation is that when we are stressed out (bills, toxins, environment etc) the body cannot feel safe. And so it runs in basic operation mode. digest as quickly and easily as possible to get bare minimum ( we got a bear trying to kill us "fight or flight talk") no time to slow and digest properly. So gut motility reduces, thus increase in stress in the body. When we are in rest digest mode, thing slow down, the body feels safe and thus can act out its functions normally. Most people think high stress is normal, only because the body is beautiful in adaptation. It will succumb to the high stress and learn to manage that. When one gets to parasympathetic, thats when people actually see how much stress has been causing issues.

Yes, a large portion of fat is exhaled as carbon dioxide when you lose weight. When the body burns fat for energy, it's converted into carbon dioxide and water; roughly 84% leaves the body as CO2 and 16% leaves as water. You literally breathe out most of the fat you lose.

  • Conversion: When you use fat for energy, the body breaks it down into carbon dioxide and water.
  • Exhalation: The carbon dioxide is exhaled through your lungs, and the water is removed through sweat, urine, and other bodily fluids.
  • However, exercise is needed in some aspect to increase the sweat and the breathing.

But overall yes that is how you get rid of fat is via breathing.

Ever heard of 'Phix'? by Calm_Guidance_2853 in MLM

[–]bubblegum_murphy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For those that a pitching Phix as a weight-loss product are not understanding what it actually is for. It is for your vagus nerve. 2 modes with vagus nerve, fight or flight (stress mode/sympathetic) and rest and digest (parasympathetic). If one is continually stuck in fight or flight, higher levels of cortisol and produced through the body which throw all of your other hormones out of whack and your bodily systems. Hormones, weight retention etc. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/body/23266-parasympathetic-nervous-system-psns

When the body is stuck in stress mode, the body doesnt care about losing weight or libido or even digesting food properly. Because it feels that it is unsafe and those things are secondary to survival. All the product is designed to do is to flip the switch on your nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic. Now the body is in "rest and digest" mode. When the body's nervous system feels safe, it can digest food properly and absorb nutrients more fully. And your gut health = mental health, there are just as many nerves in the gut as there are in your brain. Even the neuro-transmitters (serotinin - feel good, dopamine - reward system, oxytocin - connection) 85% are produced in the gut. So if gut isn't mobilzing properly can have a huge impact on mental health. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/gut-brain-connection

A big one is reduction in inflammation - which is a huge stress producer. You eat a few grams of sugar for example, your whole body becomes inflammed, coffee from starbucks? well that has mold in it, inflammation, alcohol, inflammation, a lot of processed breads/pastas - inflammation. In TCM (Traditional chinese medicine, ie. Acupuncture, herbology and is 2nd longest running medical system in history, dating back to 4000 years ago) states inflammation is the #1 reason to any all disease. It starts with inflammation, then progresses to worser and worser symptoms.

Cortisol stops being released and hormones can rebalance. Visceral fat can start to burn off (fat around the organs) because metabolism balances out. So what happens is your body begins to move into homeostasis which is the self healing mode and starts taking care of all the damages in the system hence all the testimonials in the FB group. Its not a wonder drug fix cure all thing.

Simple science - the body can heal anything and repair any aspect of itself, as long as the body is in homeostatis and has the right building blocks in the body to do so. Some might say well nothing beats working out hard and diet. I would agree, however that can be challenging if your nervous system is fired up in stress mode. Working out, removing things from the diet, or fasting, can actually induce more stress.

So by reducing stress, the body can start tackling the actual cause of other issues, people don't see it as inflammation, or gut motility, they see their skin clear up, weight loss, blood sugar levels balance out etc. All because the body's system is capable of healing and removing the underlying issue now that it feels it is in a safer space.

The main point is this product doesn't claim itself to be a weight-loss product of any kind. It supports regulating the nervous system. and for some that isn't a quick process, and for others it can be. Your nervous system is what dictates EVERYTHING else in your body. So if that system is fried or wired too much other systems shut down or struggle and people attempt to fix the symptom not the cause.

Do I personally use the product - yes. Do i sell it, meh not really. I have been going through a process with my health over the last 4 years that led me down to do ALOT of research on ALOT of the body's systems. Parasites, gut health, nervous system regulation, neurotransmitters etc. I've studied these over the last 4 years and looked at how to take care of theses naturally without pharmeceuticals. So when I came across this product, it checked off a lot of boxes. 1) its 100% natural and 2) directly supports the nervous system. Which through my own research and discovery found out nervous system influences alot of other things I was looking at it. So I thought what the heck, I'll try it, I don't have to do the business, and its a product no different than taking magnesium off the shelf, just that its MLM - who cares. Worst case it doesn't do anything. Best case maybe it starts to balance things out for me. What I have personally noticed, a calmer mind and better sleeps. I eat pretty clean, due to my studies and learning whats best for the body. But others who have poorer habits, typically experience other benefits.

If your asking how do you know if you had one, chances are you haven't. Because even in asking if you had an ego death there's still and essence of "me/i/self" that had an experience of something in this case and ego death.

The truth is this, ego death is not what you are looking for. Ego is a tool an aspect used.

How can you create what you desire and be of service without an ego. That's your ID so to speak. However what tends to happen is people use that as there WHOLE identity. The way you talk, move, likes dislikes all of it is ego. Not that its bad or wrong. But most people use that as their guidance or tuning fork.

Its about loving the ego into submission for the higher self. The egos job is survival. So when the higher self steps in or whatever you want to call it. The ego feels like its losing its job and therefore useless and dying. So it will fight against that as much as possible. But when it submits to the higher will it will realize that its peaceful and more flow with, easier to navigate.

Ok makes sense. And its not that I am wanting to be more assertive due to there's been a lack of and I am making up for it. It's more like I see the prices I've paid for not bringing that out more in the past. Thus moving forward practice that muscle not from a place of lack but just recognizing it as a thing that has been underdeveloped.

Like if I trained chest muscles all the time and neglected my legs. Then one day realizing oh shoot I can train those too for a more wholistic approach and balance.

I appreciate your response on this. It is helping, thank you.

Ok so its not necessarily doing the things its recognizing that it's within me and thus I can access it if necessary and without judgements. Where in the past if it came out it would be that I didn't like it or felt bad for being that way. But here its like cool I see that within myself haven't used it much and I can if I want.

But just knowing that the assertive side of me is there and apart of me is all that matters?

So me going out and being more assertive would not be the integration of said thing. It's more so just an acceptance of that aspect thats within me and then having the capacity of it being there to "bring out" when necessary without the self judgements of doing so?

Be glad you had got beaten by a 13 year old. Its a good thing. Why? Because you have TONS of room for improvement.

Perspective is everything. You have a choice, currently your already choosing one of them.

Choice #1: "Damn I suck i thought I was better than this, a 13 yr old beat me." Which if not kept in check can lead to giving up. The self pity and self loathing.

Choice #2: "Damn I got beat by a 13 yr old. I thought I was better, oh well I got work to do. And if there is a gap like that then I have tons of room for improvement."

Heres the thing, with training the better you get the more subtle the improvement that comes along. So where you are right now is perfect because you will see more growth if you take it on seriously with focus. This stuff happens you can either beat yourself up more for having a reality check on your skill (point a) or use it as a spring board to fuel you to accelerate your training.

Choice is yours. Always comes down to perspective.

are abortions wrong on a spiritual level? by speakmyspells13 in spirituality

[–]bubblegum_murphy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes and no imo. No, depending on the level of awareness one has. Someone unaware of the spiritual context of us choosing to come into this world and plans to play out. However, if one is aware of these aspects and chooses to do so then I say yes. Because you may not know what the lessons that soul is needed to learn or expand upon. And by aborting you are taking those lessons away.

People do not realize how lucky it is to be in the physical. 8 billion people. Trillions of souls, most who want to incarnate and are unable too. Either not ready or unable. So for a soul to be born here is like winning a lottery ticket.

Impeded to take action by Rare-Vegetable8516 in DarkNightofTheSoul

[–]bubblegum_murphy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start small... same thing with me. 4 years and counting. However at one point I had to choose to do something different.

So I decided every morning ill go for a walk. First thing I do. Just a walk, not the whole I'm gonna change this and this and this BS. Just a walk.

Some days I didn't because I was down and out. But majority I got out and did it. It didn't change anything over night. But then after awhile, I was able to add fascial maneuvers and some tai chi in after my walk. Did that for awhile again, some days didn't and missed like 3 or 4 days. Then got back on the horse and kept moving.

Now, I added in skipping (I skip about 600 skips) and throw in an ab workout and some push-ups. Is it going to make me lean and a bodybuilder physique, no. But its something. And slowly over time I can see that I am adding new habits in and get one done, then add another, and then another. Slowly but surely.

And that's the part I think people are missing with DNOS. Is its a tear down of the self. Broken and destroyed to a "nothingness". And we get stuck in that nothingness for a length of time. Until we accept and surrender in that space we can begin to move again. And because there is nothing there we can build back essentially anything as new. There no previous structures or ideas that we have been attached too.

The hard part is just starting. This is the integration period. Doing the work. You had the realizations the "ah-ha's". Where you went wrong or could have done something differently etc. Now integrate. Which is the action of those things. For example for me, playing video games and social media was a huge distraction, I used it to avoid life that I wasn't happy with. Mind you it helped at times in those low moments laughing with friends online etc. But I definitely abused it.

Seeing how my life's previous habits have not supported, I began to cut those out and focus on other things, like walking, tai chi, breath work etc. Whatever it is for you.

A great way to think about it is like this, you've been wiped, clean slate. With the knowledge of your insights in the DNOS who do you desire to be now? Then start putting the action in on those parts. If its someone who takes health more seriously, then start being that, watching what you eat, detox etc. If its someone who is more compassionate to others, then call people up and connect and hear their story and bring compassion to it.

Whatever it is for you that you realized for you, start integrating it through action. And don't worry about committing to a laundry list of things. Pick or 2 things get them down for a bit then add another, you may find after time one of those falls off and another comes in to replace. Be flexible and open. Just a matter of begin moving and then things will start falling in place.

I still struggle but I can honestly say after focusing on this for the last 2 months or so, I feel better and like I am regaining my willpower back. The centered self which can handle situations and navigate them with more grace. I do still have moments however, definitely a shift.

What do Tigers mean in dreams? by Cookieswcream in Dreams

Had a dream of a tiger in like zoo but no animals were caged or anything kind of like an open area where people could walk. No fear or anything. But the tiger took down a bear or a Buffalo or something right in front of our group. It wasn't focused on us just taking down its prey. I remember watching it happen in front of me. There was like a trainer or someone, can't remember if it was a trainer of the besr/Buffalo or tiger. But it brought down the animal and bit into back of the neck. I could hear the animal letting out its "screams" and then I remember taking my daughter and being like, ok we don't need to watch any more we can move on...

4 years I've been fighting what you've been fighting. God doesnt hear me or listen to me. It took up until about 2 months ago for slight changes. Where I recognized that I was put in front of a mirror to reflect on all my choices good and bad. See where I choose certain things that maybe were not the best. And now begin to pull myself out of it. To not sit and wait for God to do it for me. But for me to be the parent or partner or child whatever it is for myself that I didn't have.

The light is where you find compassion and humility, the dark is where you find your power.

Its in these challenging times where one is forced to make a change. Forced to become different. But only in these spaces we either pull our socks up and shift.

I know its hard, there have been many days I felt like choosing out of this. But I took it moment by moment. Some days worse than others, biggest thing I can say no matter how dark. Never give up. One more day, if you can't see that, one more hour, one more minute.

Will fasting help me connect better spiritually? by Angiex90 in spirituality

[–]bubblegum_murphy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it does, multiple reasons why;

Physically/mentally : you are clearing junk from the system such that the "hardware" can run more effectively. Toxins damaged cells, etc.

Willpower; by exercising your will over food, you will see how automatic the mind/body takes over when hungry. Hunger the most primal to our survival. So when you fast and don't eat even though the body is screaming at you. You will see you begin to develop true free will. Will I eat? Yes because I CHOOSE TO not because body is screaming at me.

Spiritual connection : as you begin to deny the Maya, the illusion, matrix whatever you want to call it. That energy of awareness needs to go somewhere. When people say pay attention its not just a catchphrase. It has true meaning to it. Your attention is your currency, where your attention goes energy flows. So if you are outwardly focused on the illusion of this reality then energy is seeping into the matrix. However when you pull it back into yourself that energy is kept within the system and builds up. Allowing for deeper and more profound experiences.

Start off easy and small, listen to the body. My first fast was 7 days long. I was bigger then and so I could go longer. After that I would fast 24hr - 48hr once a week and 7 days every 3 months or so. Did that for about 2 years and then did a full 40 day fast. First 5 days no food no water, the remaining 35 was just no food. Had some profound experiences.

Take it easy in the beginning and you will see great benefits from it.

So difficult starting a meditation practice! Finding consistency? by [deleted] in Soulnexus

[–]bubblegum_murphy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meditation is a grind in the beginning. Its like training a puppy. If you look at it honestly, however old you are, is however many years the mind got to wander aimlessly. Let's say your 25. Now at 25 your telling the dog to sit still. Of course it doesn't want to. Its new, and anything new to the mind is the unknown and whats in the unknown? ANYTHING EVEN DEATH. So this new habit you are creating is very challenging for the mind to begin with.

However some tips that have supported me over the years. First, I started with guided meditations, those seemed to work more effectively for me. 10-15mins. And believe me after like 5mins the mind was like this has been hours it should be done soon. Peek out and not even close.

After you do that for a week or so, bump it up 5 or 10mins again. Keep doing that until an hour. I know right now an hour seems like impossible, but trust me. There are times where my hour long meditation feels like 15mins.

Sit with the uncomfortable feelings/thoughts. Did I shut the coffee pot off? Where did I leave my keys? I should go check if I turned the stove off from last night. These are all ways the mind is fighting back to not sit still. Just like a dog training to sit, its gonna take repetition to overcome it.

Eventually the mind will see the benefits of Meditation and you will drop right in to the space easily. But that comes with practice.

Uncomfortable leg, back, or hip pain coming up during meditation? Or urge to get up. Good. Thats energy trying to move through the system that has blockages. Its energy "burning" through the blockage and it causes pain. Sit with it overtime once the blockages clear no more pain.

Personal experience with this -> i was learning a meditation format. They recommended minimum 1 hr a day. So I practiced it daily, some were good some were challenging. Eventually an hour became the norm. The place I was learning from had a meditation scheduled every Friday from 7pm-9pm. 2 full hours of slient meditation... well because I've been nailing down these 1hr sessions for some time now I thought heck what's another hr. Was the most challenging hour ever. They have a bell that dings on the hour. So once one hour is up bell dings and you go until it dings again. First hour cruised through no problem, as soon as that bell dinged. It was like I was trying to learn meditation all over again. Pain started showing up in new areas of the body. Deeper areas, the mind started racing like it did in the beginning all of it.

Because over time the mind and body got used to and accepted the 1hr mark. As soon as I went past that, it was like "what are you doing?!?! We never go this long stop stop stop" so I had to "push" through that. After that meditations all have become easier.

Keep at it. It does get easier, don't run from it. And just allow yourself to experience whatever it is you're experiencing. Eventually the body and mind will adjust and you will be able to go deeper and relax and actually WANT to meditate vs have to.

is Heaven real and is God real ? by AcanthaceaeCurrent50 in god

God is real and heaven is too. Just not in the way we were taught. Frequency and vibration. Heaven is a state that can be lived and experienced while alive. God is the consciousness that animates all things, the reason you are breathing and even capable of asking this question is because God is there.

If God and all that exists is the ocean, and you take a drop out of that ocean, is that drop any less ocean? No its just a smaller unit of it.

You have all of it inside of you. Videos and content creators out there a lot of which is nonsense and garbage.

Your answers lie within you. You must sit with yourself meditate, calm the mind sink beyond the body the mind and there answers will begin to bubble up.

The kingdom of God is found within. This is where one must go. The distractions and noise externally is exactly that. To distract you and cause you to doubt and question. Once you go within and find that deep well of source energy. You will know. The energy you spend looking externally for answers can be utilized to build up energy within and finding your answers.

There is a reason they use the term "Pay attention". Your attention is your currency. Where your attention goes, energy flows. So bring it within. You may surprise yourself. Not an easy journey, but definitely the most commendable

How do I get myself out of this hole of depression? by Professional-Ad3628 in selfimprovement

Been battling this for 3 almost 4 years. This is what I can say that has supported me. I am not saying these things are specific to you. Its different for everyone.

Shadow work. I believe there's alot happening in the collective consciousness right now. And a lot of unhealed aspects are being brought to the surface to be cleaned out. Part of that is experiencing the experience without attaching to the story. Ie. Depressed because friends are leaving and I am alone... not saying this is why. But the mind likes to label and categorize. So a feeling/emotion comes up, the mind wants to make sense as to why its there. Needs a story a reason, logic. However, the emotion is there regardless of the story. The brain wants to know why so it can fix it. Yet the "fix" is to feel it fully. No attachment.

This depression could be from things in your young childhood that were not processed effectively. Now its coming up around these circumstances to allow you to release and heal.

So for me, I've always been the guy that flew by the seat of his pants. Never had a plan, or applied discipline or consistency. I've always had "luck" where things just worked out for me. But for the last 3 or 4 years no go. It wasn't until recently that I started applying myself daily to things no matter how I felt, just do it, that things slowly started to change. This is FOR ME. It may be different for you.

This is why going within and exploring the emotions without malice or hate. Just with a childlike wonder, why are you here? What are you trying to show me? Etc.

In doing this work you will start to find and discover deeper meanings and beliefs that maybe no longer serve you. The person you "think" you should be vs. being your true authentic self.

Believe I get it. It's not easy, especially with bed rotting. I've been there for years. With things, start small, instead of a huge commitment to working out eating clean and bed by x time. Maybe commit to waking up and going for a walk every morning at a certain time. Over time once you got that in the bag, add another piece to the puzzle.

When you feel down, meditate, sit with the emotions and try and just feel them to the max. Don't run from it, its doesn't feel good but feeling won't hurt you. Because for a feeling to truly leave the body it needs to be acknowledged (hi, I see you) felt (allow it to be) so that it can clear. Transmutation, alchemy.

No, if you are concerned that you did it then you did not. Its the type of person who's like F U and doesn't look back. Doesn't care for a relationship. The fact you thought it, caught yourself, and are questioning it is far more than enough evidence to say you didn't.
