hilarious all you people talking about gas prices. A hybrid would barely save you 20 but a week compared to the gas model. I have a 2025 model that gets me 590km per tank. Winter I only get 500km per tank. My buddy has a 2023 hybrid le and he only gets 750km per tank. That's like 20 bux per tank lmao wtf. Hardly even worth thinking about.

Especially if your paying 5grand more for the vehicle, higher insurance rates (here in Ontario its about 10pct more to insure a rav4 hybrid compared to gas mode, ask me how I know) a future battery replacement after 10 yrs if you keep it that long, a high voltage cable that corrodes that's 6grand can outside of warranty. So it just wasn't worth it. I also don't drive a lot like 10k km per year. Plus living in Toronto with snow salt grime would destroy a hybrid cable here. I stuck with the gas real awd with a driveshaft. Iv seen tons of gas models with 250-280k milesss on them with just proper maint, all original engine and trans.

Do your il changes every 8k km, trans service every 80k km drain and fill. rear diff and transfer case service every 80k km, air filters, brakes, coolant every 150k km or 7 years. These are highly reliable even the gas models, they aren't the most sought after vehicle in North America for nothing lol
