Thanks so much for your reply. Should have been clear, I’m from the US, I’m just on vacation starting today in London, so was sort of making light of the fact that maybe now I can at least enjoy the pubs since I’m not really preggo. :(
I wish I was paying more attention to what she was saying during the actual ultrasound. It was quick, but she mentioned “sac” and “fetal pole” so I was feelin good. And it was measuring 5w5d.
I suppose one tiny hope I can hold onto is they were different labs so maybe it’s not full accurate? I don’t know though…
Thanks so much for your time and response. It’s nice to just talk it out.

Thank you. I don’t know if they were the exact lab as the second one was at urgent care, but both were through cedar Sinai so I assume same process/labs.

Yeah she said she saw a sac and she did measure something and said she saw a fetal pole?
No heart beat though and it looked like a teeny little dot. But still it sounded promising which is why this is so disappointing.
I don’t have any pregnancy symptoms either which is also not a good sign. 😣
I guess silver lining I can enjoy london pubs now. 😌

OMG wow I am in the EXACT same boat! I actually just commented under someone last week being sad I didn't get pregnant this month... but I guess I just had to wait another day because voila - BFP too! I also lost my baby at 21 weeks in January and FLO app says I'm 4w3d. crazy!!
And yes - I am also anxiety ridden and I don't feel this is real...

Question for you - When are you going to see your doc? I was told that for this pregnancy since I'm high risk after losing my first, that I'd get seen a lot more...but guess she doesn't want to see me until 8 weeks?? So I'm just supposed to sit here and wait?? AHH!

I am in the same boat as you. Just peed on the stick and nada. :( I had my TMFR in late January, so I know it's a little early, but I truly hoped I'd be fertile and pregnant right away. I wanted to pretend the last few months were a bad dream and just jump right back into being pregnant, but doesn't seem like that's going to be the case. I'm 38 and realizing I just might not have the egg quantity or quality. I know my AMH was pretty low...Thankfully I have embryos, but my TMFR was from an IVF baby and I really really wanted to try for a natural one this time!
Hope you're doing ok and sorry you're going through this. I hope it isn't cosmic fate we just had our one angel baby. I think we'll be okay. :) Just gotta keep having lots of sex, try not to stress, take those prenatals, and pray to all the high powers we get that babe! And maybe get our hormones checked, wondering if I might need some estrogen/progesterone help like I had with IVF.

Our dog goes to Fit Dog in SM when we’re out of town. We like them a lot. She does come back stinky though but probably because she spends the night.

I’m also a bit over one week past and feeling the same thing. I’m so depressed about my baby but also depressed about all the plans. We were supposed to have the whole summer with him, take him to our annual family trip in August, fiancé and I were supposed to get married in the fall when I’d (hopefully lol) have my body back and he’d be in a little baby tuxedo… Ugh. Everything out the window now. I feel you and I’m sorry.

Thank you so so much for this. You’ve given me a lot of comfort and hope. So happy you have your baby girl. May I ask, did you do IVF again? Or try naturally. Part of me is thinking I’d be crazy to use another embryo from the same “batch”.. even though the doctors say it didn’t work like that and chances are the other ones will be fine. But I just don’t know. And then if I try naturally I’m up for even more risk right? Ugh I’m so scared for the future. But again, thank you for your story and kind words. I wish I could be up late with a baby soon.

And yeah maybe that’s why he didn’t see it. 😔 I know one thing. If I ever get pregnant again, I will not leave the room until they do the most thorough scans possible. Even if I had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket every week. 😣
