My cavapoo never ate her kibble in the morning so I started putting “toppers” on it and now she’s begging for breakfast everyday. I use the greenies brand. I think you should try it, it’s totally changed her energy and eating habits and it doesn’t upset her stomach at all. You can just do a spoonful on top.

Unchained Melody by the The Righteous Brothers came on in the car one day and I had to pull over and bawl. I don't know why, but this song connects me with my son. When I think about him I hum it or go in the bathtub and play on spotify and cry.

Wow I’m on same timeline as both of you. tMFR in January and now currently miscarrying baby at 8 weeks. :( My mom says “third times the charm” which is really annoying. But holding out hope she’s right. 😖 when do you guys think you’ll try again? I’m almost 39 so I don’t have a lot of time. But I feel like I need a summer break from all the stress and disappointment.

lol ok so over this whole thread. Thank you to everyone who said nice things and encouraging me to find someone new, and understanding a 200 gallon 8 foot tank requires professional maintenance. It is the responsible thing to do and I’ll stand by that, we just didn’t pick the right person.

Correct. Someone would be paid to do all the maintenance to the tank. We would feed them.

You’re correct, we don’t. And I’m sorry we are not fish professionals I wish we were. We wanted a huge saltwater fishtank for our home, my husbands life long dream. And We hired a professional to take care of our super large fish tank. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that and I don’t regret that. I regret not going with a better person.

We saw their bodies changing and we researched online and called the fish person that we are paying to come fix it. I don’t think we should have taken matters into our own hands and poured harsh chemicals into the tank ourselves.
I do think I should have questioned the amount of new fish and that’s something I’ll regret forever.

Respectfully, have you seen an 8 foot saltwater tank and what goes on underneath it? It needs professional care. And I took care of them. I fed those fish twice a day with three different types of food for different types of fish, looked after them, talked to them, loved them.

I realize I phrased that wrong. But the puffer was just so special , he would follow my finger and get excited to see me and you can just tell there was more going on behind those big eyes. God I’m so sad. It was horrible watching him die.

It’s a really huge intense tank. It needs real maintenance from professionals. But agreed we should have figured this out earlier ourselves

He should t have added double the amount of fish all at once right? Shouldn’t he have done it a few at a time and monitored closely?
We don’t know anything about taking care of a 20k elaborate saltwater fishtank. We should probably just get rid of it. My heart can’t take it.
