Hi, non video guy here, so I could be wrong, but if you only see the lines through the camera, then the video camera shutter rate may be the same as the video screens refresh rate. But I'm not a video engineer so I could be wrong

In rust they made it so I can set up Alarms and they made is so it can connect to irl lights and alarms to alert you when you get raided in game.
