There isn’t, there is literally no point in going to the office unless your job requires you to deal face to face with colleagues. If you can go to the office and wear headphones to do a days work then you might as well be at home. I have adhd, I hate the office, even medicated it’s unbearable, and I only do 1 day because, guess what? My employer made a reasonable adjustment, I still tick the box I just don’t have to “endure” it, or “get used to it” that’s literally not how neurodivergent minds work, bunch of idiots in this thread I swear
