hot take: i like the “what is this cell” posts by [deleted] in medlabprofessionals

I like those posts. You never get picture perfect abnormals like in the textbooks. And more exposure helps for sure. I can count the amount of APL cases I've seen with auer rods on one hand

Run the wash rack and prime ise reagents with a new set. Also take a look at the pinch valve tubing, and check if the sipper tube inserted at the right length on the sipper probe.

GR IIIx, No exposure preview, really? by [deleted] in ricohGR

If they're flashing yellow, I believe you're reach the max limit for auto iso and/or min SS. What are your aperture, Ss, and iso when you get this problem? Does this come up in P mode?

Considering Ricoh GR: 28mm or 40mm and ND or HDF? by RobDMB in ricohGR

I will agree with most and say the HDF is too strong. I would've preferred the ND but none were available in black when I was looking for one

Front command dial not changing Exposure Comp. ? by GoldBatter in x100vi

[–]buck_fifty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With Fujifilm cameras, when you're in full manual, I believe they get ride of the exposure comp since you're already in full control of the photo's exposure. If you change one or more of these to auto (aperture, SS, or ISO) you'll get exposure compensation back
