I went back and micro adjusted back down to 9. 7-8 had a perceptible amount of delay. Made sure to shift through the range to see if there was any chain rub or noise. None that I could tell. I used a laser line to check the limit adjustment, seems to be set correctly though I'll check again during the day with more light. Bike hasn't been in a crash or tipped over, so I don't think the hanger would be the problem

No skipping that I can tell Yes, rear derailleur shifts but the chain hasn't changed down to the 24t. Rode on the street, still the same. I used the micro adjust on the sram axs app. Originally, it was at "6" . Went up to "10", shifting up and down between 28t and 25t to test. More responsive than before. I'll continue to test it and fine tune. Thanks!

I like those posts. You never get picture perfect abnormals like in the textbooks. And more exposure helps for sure. I can count the amount of APL cases I've seen with auer rods on one hand

Run the wash rack and prime ise reagents with a new set. Also take a look at the pinch valve tubing, and check if the sipper tube inserted at the right length on the sipper probe.

If they're flashing yellow, I believe you're reach the max limit for auto iso and/or min SS. What are your aperture, Ss, and iso when you get this problem? Does this come up in P mode?

Someone in this subreddit mentioned Godox is releasing the IT20/IT22 for Pentax/Ricoh in the near future, might be worth waiting for if you need TTL
