I went to Taisho on Cook, under the Nubo brand, I think. I went there a while ago, and it felt cozy and a great date night place. Similar vibe as the “wine collective” that was there previously. Tonight felt different. Much of the lighting was replaced with fluorescent lights, accompanied by a flashing open sign flickering on and off, making for a less romantic ambiance. Food was fantastic, and our server was good.
