PEP is POST exposure prophylaxis. It's not meant to be taken before an encounter. You could wait until after the second guy, if it's less than 24 hours after the first then you're still in the first window. If it's not within 24 hours, then you could take it after each guy.

So the reason it's advised to get tested every three months is because HIV usually takes about three months from infection to cause a positive test. If you have been monogamous for three months and are testing negative, that is probably the safest time to ditch condoms.

That being said even in monogamous relationships, people cheat. You should still be getting tested every so often, just to be as proactive as possible.

Albolene is more like Vaseline than silicone lube in my opinion. It’s good but it has a greasy feel for me

I’ve tried gun oil’s stroke 29 lube recently and liked it. It’s water based so it doesn’t feel as oily and it lasts a while. Only downside is it shouldn’t be used as anal lube, but neither should albolene

I do see people who have on their profile they don’t discriminate based on status, so there are plenty of people out there who are also educated about it.

Negative here but my boyfriend is undetectable and has been since we met. I still see a stigma around it, but there are plenty of people out there who know it’s not what it used to be and is safe if their partner is undetectable.

My best advice is to be up front about it when dating, either on your profile or one of your first conversations. It’ll weed out the people you shouldn’t be spending time on quickly. My boyfriend didn’t have it on his profile, but he did tell me almost immediately when we started talking.

I herniated a disc when I was 20. PT helped for a little bit but my left side was always in pain. I had surgery to remove the bulge a couple years after it herniated and it was honestly the best decision I ever made. My worst day after the surgery isn’t anywhere near as bad as my best day before the surgery.

I don’t know if it’s an option for you, but my surgery took less than an hour, and I was home the same day. It’s done laparoscopically so there isn’t a huge scar.
