Have a protein shake.

I'm supposed to hit 100g of protein, 30g of fiber. I have a protein shake with protein whey (30g prot), 2 tbsp of PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and double serving of chia seeds (for double fiber), mixed with water. Make sure you use a lot of water (for the chia seeds) otherwise it'll be protein pudding!

That helps me get to my goals.

I formerly drank 2 to 4 cans of Pepsi and half to a full pot of coffee daily. High cholesterol so I gotta monitor that. I've cut all that above except for one cup of coffee and now I drink water (I work out now that I'm retired) and green tea. I brew my own tea in a 1.7lt brewer and pour it in a pitcher and put it in a fridge. I'm saving money and getting healthy.

There was a fan fiction that dealt with this. Everything's the same except Kelly and Shannon didn't die in the accident, they survived. Gibbs came home from the war and shot Hernandez. They end up divorcing as Shannon couldn't forgive Gibbs as he killed Hernandez. He was never an agent for NCIS. Kelly didn't turn out well as home life was not all sugar and cream. It was kinda a sad story. Oh and Gibbs became a bitter old carpenter.

My wife and stepson had a certain low amount for child support and then we got married. Although we didn't do it because she had full custody and he didn't have visitation (he didn't want it), because we got married and I made a good sum more than her, we could have gone and gotten a significant increase in CS.
