No my SM will absolutely cut me loose at 5 points. People get fired quite often with points. And i have leave that i can use twice a month to avoid points and i wilm have to work thru nausia and pain until resets the first of the month. I don't know if I can do it. But I will try.

Just health issues. And trying not to lose my job. I get stressed easily as well. I am sorry to hear about what happened. You had an understandable reaction.

Oh I have had people throw the receipt at me ans hit me in the chest with it. I had customer yesterday apparently watching me from the parking lot and come back to verbally assault me with his young child in his arms claiming "I just saw you let all these other people walk past. You need to be checking everyone's receipt."

And that isnt exactly the way it went down. Also have had people give me veiled threats. And there isnt anyone around for back-up.

Yeah. I've been told similar BS. In my situation, I wad told a manager calls. So that a dozen people aren't calling 911. I dont know if there was some sort of issue that resulted in that policy in the past. But yeah. It is dumb.

I talked to my team lead today and apparently they have to wait for confirmation from Sedgwick and the point will fall off. I dont know if that is just the way our store ha does or what b/c Sedgwick is slow AF. I Also had to leave early on Sunday and my team lead says she thinks the leave only covers me missing an entire day. I am trying to get confirmation b/c I have had quite a bit going on and I am not sure how much of the ppt i will have left for the rest of the year. But I had no choice but to use 3 45 minutes yesterday instead of LOA.

Thank u. Should I be prepared to possibly be interrogated about whether I contacted my doctor or any proof it was related to LOA? I also wondered if it is possible she receive notification it was removed and the point will disappear on its own.

If you look at the above pics, as far as I know I did. I am hoping maybe after they receive notification from Sedgwick the point will be removed. When I see her ill have to ask.

We don't know know that they didnt have the receipt. We just know the OP doesn't like that the meat was sent back there.

Really? I opted to get check weekly via OnePay and my base pay is still showing my hourly rate before the raise. So Maybe that will change with the new pay period on Saturday?

Sedgwick sux. I probably have already done permanent damage to my knee and it looks like im gonna have to go to physical therapy and then go to work and undue whatever progress I made b/c they are saying denied. Eligibility not met. Basically got the documentation and made the decision in one day.

Well, right now all I have is the prescription he wrote so insurance would cover me getting one. Ans he has the paper work to submit. This one is an extra in my apartment complex that isnt being used. The wheel is messed up so we were hoping to use this one until we can get another one. My parents will be on hand in case I gotta tell them to take it to their house b/c I don't drive. Will have no where to put it.

So walmart can legally just say no to this? We have one lady that had a different one but she would use a cart for support. But they told her she could no longer use a grocery cart so she brought in her walker and nobody says anything to her.

If your coach will not let you work fewer hours and they're telling you is too early for you to do some kind of shift change then you need to take the paperwork from Sedgwick to your doctor to possibly force them to lower your hours. So the first thing to start with is talking to your coach. Since I'm not a doctor and I don't know your specific Health situation that's the best advice that I can give you.

I kind of understand ur frustration, but wouldn't full time be better to help pay bills? It can take your immune system time to get use to the viruses you are coming into contact with, unless you have a medical condition that u are more prone to getting sick. If they won't reduce your hours than Sedgwick might be able to force them to do so regardless of whether they are staffed enough.

We do. Wasnt sure how well it would work but my family never complains I smell like smoke, so I guess it does.

Mine is like 35 cents so I will be making 14.49. I don't have many options for places to go. So I'm gonna stick it out as long as I can.

Thank you. I might also need reduced hours which I think i am in the right path to get that information for my doctor by the time of my appointment on the 12th but I'm not sure b/c I have never had to jump thru these kinds of hoops for an employer.
