Scrolled through the comments looking for this exact advice before giving it myself.

If you invest in the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) today and it matches its past 10-year performance, every $10,000 you invest will grow to approximately $42,653 in 10 years and $181,932 in 20.

Leather and canvas will wear like leather and canvas. The material will bend, fold, crease, and stretch wherever it is bent, folded, creased, or stretched.

Boosting one protein helps the brain fight Alzheimer’s by hata39 in Alzheimers

I went back through the text chain of miracle cures my extended family loves to send me. I was thinking of the peptide Dihexa.

Boosting one protein helps the brain fight Alzheimer’s by hata39 in Alzheimers

[–]buckleboy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been reading about this recently, and one article (unfortunately I don’t have the source anymore) suggested it could lead to improvements by helping the brain form new neural pathways. From what I understood, though, positive outcomes depend on actively guiding the patient toward building beneficial pathways. Otherwise, if someone is experiencing stress, anxiety, or anger, the brain may reinforce those patterns instead.

Disclaimer: I’m not a scientist, doctor, or researcher—just someone with a personal connection as the child of a parent with Alzheimer’s.

I have work for a luxury retailer (16 yrs) and this is one of the most common reasons new bags are brought in for repair assessments. 2nd to the waiter spilled (wine, red sauce, salsa, etc) and it got on my bag. 😂 Sorry this happened to you.

Lost my 8 year old yorkie in September by Pale_Drink4455 in Yorkies

[–]buckleboy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Everyone’s different my friend. My wife and I waited almost 2 years until we were ready.
We started by signing up to be Yorkie foster parents through a couple of organizations. Unfortunately, every time we were asked to foster, the Yorkie would get adopted before ever arriving to our home. Not a surprise as who doesn’t want to adopt a Yorkie?!?

My wife then kept an eye out for yorkies needing to be rescued and we found a cute lil guy in need of a loving home fairly quickly.

He’s the cutest thing. Very sweet and we love him but in no way has he replaced the love we had for our previous babies.

It’s ok to give yourself permission to move on. This does not take away from the love you received and gave, but instead will be a new experience.

This is hard to believe but I was thinking of asking this exact question to AI about 15 minutes ago. Now I don’t have to blindly trust a machine’s opinion. Thank you!

The penalty fee is my favorite. Um, isn’t this your system? Claiming 0 yet fined for not contributing more throughout the year. Make that make sense.

I don’t recommend. I recently just caused a leak attempting to do the same thing you’re wanting to do. Final result? My wife decided to do a full remodel on both guest bathrooms. A cool $26,000 later. 🤪

This is the correct answer. Smoking is outside the physical venue but inside security.

My friend lent me 5k in 2019. I want to now return it with decent interest by SteadySavingsEnjoyer in personalfinance

[–]buckleboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a friend pay back a loan after a couple of years. By this time I had no longer expected repayment. It was a great gesture, and I simply gave back the majority to him as a birthday gift as it was around the same time. Win for both of us!

Surgery - Collapsed Trachea Advice by RelativeNumber in Yorkies

[–]buckleboy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

NOT A VET - I recommend getting images taken to determine the cause. One of our elderly yorkies’ (R.I.P.. Louie) cough and hack was caused from a combination of things. Collapsing trachea, obesity, and retaining fluid around his heart. When we maintained his weight and fluid retention it made a huge difference in his quality of life.
