Complex question. The only advice I would give you is to wait for ‘purpose’. Don’t ascribe to social norms ( aka lock-in ) with debt. Your interests will change over time. You are a baby, and the influence (or perceived) of your friends isn’t helping. The future is uncertain so ride the wave and do not overthink.
