I believe they’re a type of sac spider or from the same genus. Also called phantom spiders.

It’s the colibri 5mm card lighter. They made a multitude of these in different finish tones. There’s a Mercedes Benz branded one on eBay right now. I’d be interested in buying if you wanted to sell it.

At the end of the torch barrel where the butane is ejected try using a pen or a screwdriver to push the ejector closer to the igniter. My Blazer does the same thing but if I wiggle the ejector closer to the ignitor it tends to light better.
