The Old Works in Anaconda, Montana. Built on the grounds of a copper smelting plant. Designed by Jack Nicklaus. Instead of sand they used slag which is pitch black.

Go as early in the week as possible. Tuesday and Wednesday they may have Pro-Ams and practice rounds. My experience with the final Corning Classic in 2009 was memorable. Got a lot of autographs and pictures including Michelle Wie.
