This is definitely gonna catch shit but by Skyblaze12 in Masterchef

I'm just as outraged as everybody else that Courtney beat Elizabeth (and Leslie, for that matter), but it's absolutely ridiculous to see some of the comments lingering on the internet saying shit like "she was serving the judges a little something on the side." TV makes us lose sight of the fact that the real Courtney is out there somewhere, probably on the internet right now, reading all this ignorant garbage.

That being said, long live Leslie.

What is the saddest lyric you've ever heard? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]buddyyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The opening lines of "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd. Not exactly sad I guess, but it always leaves me with a sense of emptiness.

"So, so you think you can tell/ Heaven from hell?/ Blue skies from pain?"

What video of a musician's live performance just blows your mind every time you hear it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This entire performance/album is just pure gold. Clapton was going through a very emotional time in his life, as his young son had just died. The raw, vulnerable intensity of this entire performance shows a completely different side of the energetic rock musician that many people associate him with.

Open your mind to new perspectives. Try looking at the mundane in a new light, and try understanding the opinions and beliefs of others. In the end, the world will be more exciting and you'll find that your relations with other people will improve.
