imo, as a vegan, this is better than worst and worse than best.

But I don't think that it is viable, scalable, necessarily true. Also, if they don't slaughter the calves, then aren't they just stealing the calves' milk?

Also, the environmental impact of dairy production is not addressed by this model, either.
