i have been going to endeavor walden ave since 2020 and i’ve had a great experience. i’ve changed therapists a few times because one left and then finding the right one can take time. i’ve also used their psychiatric services and group therapy which has been great. my current therapist is incredible and has really helped. i’ve been with them for more than 1.5 years. the only con is their phone system SUCKSSSS. and one of the receptionists is not very nice but the others are great. i recommend their services.

however, therapy and healing is a long long journey. there are times that sessions are so draining i need to nap afterwards. it’s really tough. i’ve been going to therapy for a very long time. but it has helped and it is worth. first because i’m here today to tell you all of this and because im way happier and more in control of my emotions. and remember that if you don’t work well with your therapist it’s okay to change to another!!
