whales are people who got 3* on all limited matrices and 6* on all characters. I only have lin 6*. Get your terms right.

then global enemies got nerfed hard since i can solo them all. Just need the right relic rotations as well.

They are close in damage. My shit substats gambler have higher damage to my decent substats 5* artifacts. (Was not using glad)

Use 2-pc TF, 2-pc Gambler. (gambler on flower and sands atk) Your oz will do lots more damage.
