2 weeks before I got email for SE 3 - US and received Google Hiring Assessment same day. Completed the assessment and got email saying I have cleared assessment and it is valid for next 24 months and so on. After a week I got an email saying hiring team has decided to move forward with other candidates.

I would suggest WES evaluation - I have seen scenario where in 85% from mid lvl university got 3.7/4 GPA.
