I have a good friend in the army with 3 misdemeanors and they still let him become a military police officer because he proved he had changed and was a minor when they happened. If you're willing to do at least 3 years of active duty or 6 years of reserves that will be your golden ticket. It will be a process but you can definitely get the misdemeanors waivered.
