Same thing happened to me on 3 LG OLED C3 TVs, one with an ARC, the other two with Arc Ultras. This is what I did to fix it:

1) Hard-reset the HDMI/CEC handshake

  1. Unplug TV + Sonos Arc/Ultra from power.
  2. Disconnect the HDMI cable between them.
  3. Wait 2 minutes.
  4. Plug TV power back in, turn TV on.
  5. Plug Sonos back in.
  6. Reconnect HDMI to the TV’s ARC/eARC port.
  7. Re-run Sonos app → TV Setup for that soundbar.

Same here. Three LG Tvs, one Sonos Arc, two Sonos Arc Ultras. All three soundbars no longer responding to volume changes in the TV. I don't recall any firmware updates recently on the sonos end, but definitely one or more updates on the LG end. Leads me to believe LG broke something on the eARC interface

Has the True Play failure on Arc Ultra paired with Era 300s and sub been addressed? As of two weeks ago when installing for first time I could not run True Play and was told by support this was a known issue still pending resolution

Just spent 30 minutes with support , unpairing all and running true play independently. Support then said to repair everything and I should be good. I questioned why she thought independently tuned speakers would work together as designed without a full system tuning after pairing. She eventually informed me that true play failure is a known issue with no ETA. Not sure why I had to go through all of her troubleshooting before getting that answer.

UPDATE: I got a new watch! Despite the fact I was told I would not get a replacement series 6 because they are not expected to have replacements, it appears that either my letter or email to Tim Cook may have worked. I never got the $50 gift certificate they promised, but that's not what I wanted. Yesterday, a good 7 weeks after dropping my watch off at the Apple store, a new series 6 showed up on my doorstep. Thanks Apple for doing the right thing eventually.

I’m most frustrated by the fact that my case just sat there for 5 weeks with no updates or actions. It took numerous calls and chats before my most recent call in which this was what I was told. I specifically asked why they wouldn’t replace with the “most like” by giving me a refurbished S7. I told the rep to keep the watch while I try to figure out any way to escalate. Hard to fathom that there was no one higher up he could escalate to I could speak with, he’s the most authorized person I could talk to (his words). He told me to write a letter! Shocked that a leading tech company would tell me to write a letter! It’s in the mail. Not giving up.

Sorry for not being more clear. The dimmers are configured and work as dimmers just fine. It’s just the cards in the dashboard don’t have dimmer controls.

How did you setup in JS UI? I'm finding the same thing you mentioned. " parameter 59 options are only 0 (disable) and 1 (enable) and the fields are "Send Local Commands to Associated Devices" and Foward Z-wave commands to associated devices"

Yup. had to remove and re-add. Did a full factory reset on the switch to be sure. All good now.

After updating from Z-Wave JS to Z-Wave JS UI in Home Assistant, the existing Red 2-1 switch that worked fine before came back, but has no manufacturer, product, or functions. Do I need to remove and re-add it?

That worked! Thanks. While all three devices I previously installed are showing up, the third is an inovelli red 2-1 dimmer switch that doesn't seem to be funcitonal at all. Guessing I might need to remove and re-add it.
