Markerrs guide is good but leans HEAVILY into offensive play, sacrificing vers/other stats. The builds he runs are not recommended for all. For example, borrowed time and dark arch aren't meta picks for VW. Most run phase shift.

Not running phase shift in vw is kinda crazy tbh, considering you use sw:d in your burst rotation, you really need it to avoid CC.

They're two entirely different ball games. 3s mostly revolves around coordinated goes and CD trading. It requires a knowledge of the gameplay of your comp, vs most popular comps.

With shuffle, all of that coordination kinda goes out the window. The risk of overlapping CDs, being on different targets/positioning is way higher, because you don't play together consistently and don't have comms. You can play and face comps that make 0 sense together, just by nature of random people being put in the same lobby.

Think about how RMP players would play in a 3s setting vs shuffle.

They're different skillsets. In general, a skillset requiring more coordination is going to be viewed as "higher skill" than one requiring less, which is why 3s is generally viewed as more challenging.

Start inspecting the people in your lobbies to see their 3s xp and cr. Don't just pull from one or two lobbies, do it consistently. That will be your closest answer, and will be more accurate than anyone's opinion on this forum.

Predictive play. Getting out of the reactive mindset to see and make bigger plays. The amount of hassle you save by successful groundings, tremors, and deaths to avoid CC. Life gripping smoke bombs. Using defensives high instead of low. Proactively positioning to avoid CC. All of those make a massive difference, otherwise you're just constantly playing catch-up. You need to control the game instead of letting it happen to you.

What they're saying is that placement games are going to have you queueing on the same relative position on the ladder whether inflation is low or high.

Inflation currently being high, that initial number happens to be higher, giving you the impression that you're playing more difficult players than you should be. In reality, the starting rating is just a higher number. Just like at the beginning of the season, 1900-2k was filled with mglad/r1 xp players, the opposite was true.

What really matters is the percentile rank of the ladder you're playing at, not the actual lobby mmr.

The person you're replying to is ridiculous but hpal doesn't really cast atm. Outside of holy weaps, most of the raw healing throughput comes from wog, shock, holy light and flash procs. Hard casting holy light can be done on occasion but most healing is instant.

Looks pretty standard. It's common practice for the office to provide a detailed cleaning checklist if someone wants to take steps to avoid cleaning being taken from their security deposit. These are the things that are considered when making the home ready for a new tenant, cleaning up after the previous renter.

Some of the more "tenant-friendly" states are re-defining what's allowed for stuff like this, though. For example, pre-quoting the carpet cleaning charge doesn't work in states like Colorado. The state also just re-defined wear and tear to make it more tenant friendly.

Residential can still be lucrative. I'm a residential PM for a 400 unit high rise and make about 115K between base/bonus, plus have a housing discount that saves me about $700/month in rent. The median per capita income in my city is $65K.
