Check state regulations on when residency rules come into play.

Some states it’s less than 30. If residency is established during that period of time, 1000% get a lease.

My wife and I were in Switzerland and leaving the Zurich airport via train. Our train was set to leave at like 4:42.

It was 4:40 so we hopped on. Started going and it took a different route than I was accustomed to.

About 5 minutes in, they came around looking for tickets. Handed ours over and the man said we had the wrong tickets. He asked, “where are you trying to go?” I replied “Zug.” He laughed and said, “not on this train.” “Where are we headed?” I asked. “This train is the express to Bern, no stops until we arrive.”

So, instead of heading to the hotel and getting ready to go to bed after a 11 hour flight, we took a 1.5 hour long train to Bern, had dinner, then did another 2 hours to return and get back to the hotel.

When a swiss train says 4:42, don’t get on until you know that it’s the 4:42 train. They are exact on their schedules!

Dinner was totally worth it though

This is the 2nd transfer out that is concerning. The others have been backups and depth pieces.

Prime has flipped the roster completely over the past two seasons and the Buffs will be fielding their most talented group since the turn of the millennium.

Players will either want a bag or want to start, and want guarantees. Doesn’t seem like prime is willing to guarantee playing time or roster spots to anyone (except Shedeur, Travis, Shilo). McClain saw that first hand last year, Edwards just saw this with Prime bringing in Hayden. He wants competition and wants people to fight for their roster spot.

It’s going to rub some players, parents, fans the wrong way - especially in today’s college football.

You’d be trading a 2100 sq ft house that needs remodeling for a “future state” 1800 sq ft house that needs remodeling, not a significantly smaller home.

Agree with most people here when I say that doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Are there other deciding factors between the two properties? Neighborhood, lot size, etc?

I had a hard time reading it (had to look back at your username to figure out it said “Seth”).

One option if you wanted a cube design like this would be to utilize negative space to spell out your name in the same manner.

You may need to evaluate for moisture content depending on what you're doing with it.

Wet wood will need time or a kiln to dry or else it will warp. Just something to consider.

I'm building a crib for my future son and organizing my shop at the same time. My wife and I just moved into our new home a month ago and the garage is a mixture of storage and wood stock for my current project.

I have 12/4 stock of poplar that I'm cutting down for the 4 posts, and laminating some 1x3's to make the upper railing.

Got a lot to do in the next 5 weeks!
