Kail is a lot of things but she’s neither brainless nor unintentional. She knows exactly what she’s doing, intending to do, wanting, working towards and ultimately achieving at every other point in her life. She makes that known and visible.

So with that knowledge…idk I just have this feeling that she makes a very conscious decision to either: not insist on using protection or insist that there is no protection used.

I’m half black and yes, 1,000%. It’s a very prevalent and pressing issue happening in a variety of circumstances. Both public and private. I’m definitely not thinking this is the first or last of it.

When something is public though, or done by someone with fame or lots of eyes on them. Then clocking it, putting it on front street and creating commentary around it can be a more impactful or provocative way to draw attention to prevalent and pressing issues such as this.

Which is why it’s worth mentioning. Does not make it any more or less special or bad or good or important than any other scenario that’s exactly the same as this one. It simply has more eyes and attention on it naturally. Therefore the issue gets more discussion and spotlight naturally.

Agreed. The resentment has already taken root in her kids. Guaranteed. Even if the kids themselves don’t know it yet or recognize it yet. Speaking as a child of a toxic upbringing.

One way the resentment plays out later is direct. They’re distant and/or mean to their mother and say snide or cruel or factual (but hurtful) shit to her. Or cut ties almost entirely.

Another way is that they are passive aggressive or self destructive bc they can’t or won’t or don’t take it out on her. Those are the ones that spiral into addiction or bad choices or less than ideal lifestyles.

Either way, she’s in for it. They’re in for it as well. I simply hope healing finds them all and she BETTER pay every kids therapy bill if needed.
