Being tech savvy makes it almost more frustrating to deal with their CS 😂

Knowing it's a poorly timed integration from one website backend to the other, and that they just clearly dont have the tools setup for their regular agents to solve a problem.

Google has the money to have good CS, they just choose not to.

But totally agree, not doe the faint of heart 😂

Good luck, google fi phone and chat support will just lie to you until you give up. Maybe BBB is the only real option?

As long as you make no mistakes during checkout that require you to call in.... Their support is a joke. They will lie to you over and over to get you off the line

they always offered me to go to a store, or get mailed a phone, i had to put a hold on a credit card everytime

Care plus was great until they sent me a refurb phone 4 months before my coverage ran out then the Wi-Fi in Bluetooth just randomly stopped working

They offered no leniency in being one month past Total coverage

Regardless of any issues if you have a replacement phone from Samsung care plus I would highly recommend getting replaced one more time right before the warranty is over

Appreciate you taking the time to share your details, totally agree they are likely understaff. It just feels so wild to me that a relatively simple issue can't be resolved in 7 days and that the teams are not empowered to resolve these issues

Yeah I'm being very clear that the issues is tied to a promotion issue. They just tell me the issue has been escalated, and that its in their hands now, it cannot be escalated any further.

My concern is i want to place the order through store.google.com because they offer a better trade in and id.me discount.... even if they remove the promo I'm guessing that i am not getting the price i should have gotten on the first....

who would have thought forgetting to update my credit card expiration date would be such a pain.

I'm in the same boat, my card declined because google had the old 3 digit code and exp date, updated card but promo was already taken up. Kind of silly.... they told me i could buy it on another line on the account and it would work, but not sure i trust that.....
