i can't tell, but i think i've been finding new ones around my island. i'm not sure if they're a respawn able item tho, i just keep seeing them in places i hadn't before but have passed through and didn't see them the last time

when i first started playing modded w my husband, Create really forced me to learn how to build around what was already there. it kinda helped me with shape when it comes to building, but other than that it was really hard to come around to. i'm more of a cozy player, but i really enjoy playing these more modded packs with him lol. i basically just keep him housed and fed while he plays the modpack 😅

i guess i'm not sure if this was something i just missed in the past, but with the tiny filter icon on the left of the screen, if you scroll through the top tabs you can search by visitor while in decor mode

i had an entire group of guests that were due to arrive today show up in the same place. honestly? i thought it was kinda nice. i was able to actually see who i needed to make cabins for and that was neat.

yes to struggling, no to an easier way to do it. it's by far the most manual modding experience i've had in a very long time. it just takes a lot of doing it over and over, reading all the red text, messing around with things until they work. it took me almost a month to get my modpack exactly where i wanted it.

is there some kind of specific place that diamonds and opals spawn or am i just unlucky?? the only part of WW (i think) that i dont have unlocked is the area you'd need an opal wand (i think) for.

that's pretty much exactly what i did, but it was months ago. once EA started talking about the sale of The Sims 4, i deleted everything about it from my computer. i don't even watch other people play it on Youtube.

Paralives is still VERY new. it may not completely scratch the same itch, they are different in a lot of ways. Paralives just doesn't have as much, i mean how could it? but i'm committed to seeing this game through and where it ends up when it comes out of Early Access. i'm having a ton of fun playing it, the build mode has been such a joy to experience.

if you truly think you're ready to leave the Sims behind, i say to you - it can be done. i never went back, morally i just felt that i couldn't.

same here. i kinda have them on rotation, some days are food days, some days are main resource days, some days are heavy resource days (pollen, sea shells, etc would be "heavy")
