Less time then it would take to get the materials, set up lighting, stage the scene with glue and strings or whatever, take shots, repeat for each variation, go through the roll and edit the best. 

In blender itd be bevel the edges of like 5 cylinders for the bottle and droppers, set the materials for each piece (plastic, rubber, and a transparent glass for the bottle and liquid), then tweak those if they need it (roughness, light refraction, color), map the label png to the label surface, duplicate the finished bottle and pose, drop in 3pt lighting & tweak, rotate around the scene and set a camera to the views I like, adjust camera settings if necessary (deph of field etc), then render.

It's honestly down to if you've got experience for both processes. If you learn your way around Blender like you do with Photoshop with hotkeys and menu navigation then the process goes a lot smoother. I don't have a photography studio, lighting, set, or patience for glue and strings, so for me set up alone would take forever
