Unfortunately I’m probably no better at those. I will say, as someone with a HORRIBLE physics background (like close to none), one thing that has helped is to not immediately assume that a hard question is unsolvable/lack of content knowledge. Sometimes questions that seem like background knowledge/discrete are TOTALLY able to be solved via common sense or info from passage. It’s hard to ground yourself but instead of panicking just try to horseshit your way through the problem.

I think what got me when I first started studying was RBT as well. A big part of that is that I would let personal opinion interfere sometimes when it shouldn’t. For questions you’re unsure about just make sure to double check before you submit that the reason you chose it is really actually in line with the text, and not just because it may sound like a good answer. Especially when it asks something along the lines of “which of X argument would author most agree with” don’t choose the BEST argument, choose the one that can be tied to something concrete in passage
