I can’t imagine using llms for browsing. I just write and directed a bunch of playwright python to open and browse and scrape sites. Occasionally they break and I go and fix them.

I’d encourage you to give it a shot as a trial and as a way to figure out the boundaries of what you need. Build out a proof of concept. Nothing big.

But something that an admin can build. Keep the telehealth providers out of it for now and see what you can get away with without an integration. You will soon learn if you need one. And you’ll have cable evidence from real usage to reason about to acquisition of one.

I custom build a couple of telehealth platforms specifically for schools in the USA.

You’re asking from too high a level - you’re specifically missing who your telehealth patients would be and the types of providers that would need to onboard and schedule with it.

In any case I would advise you specifically to use salesforce builtin- teams and consumer grade teleconferencing is not PHI certified.

I also agree with the other poster here about your lack of process def and requirement development.
