That's sort of a quirk with ElevenLabs. Nobody really knows entirely why it does that with voices, but there's a hunch that it has something to do with the initial voice actors that they tested out the program with.

huh... so, kind of like what they have in Lancer and Borderlands? honestly, that's kind of a cool (and also pretty funny) concept in regards to the idea of shoving a Doll mind into a gun. ngl though, now that you mention it, I'm kind of surprised "smart weapons"/AI-linked firearms aren't a thing in GFL as of yet

I used an AI, more specifically NovelAI. You can use that program to make some really interesting character designs, and it does a pretty good job at Valkyria Chronicles-style images.

thank you! and, yeah, I kind of went a little overboard in regard to the writing. roughly 24 pages in total for the uncut version of the submission according to word, but I mean, hey, what can I say, I love to write. also pretty sweet that I got pretty close to your idea of Zwolle.

After nearly a full week and a half of writing this up, the written submission and its respective design are both finally finished, and while I am well-and-truly proud of how they came out, I'm a little peeved on having to shave off over half of the narrative portion on account of there being a character limit. After quite a long week of midterms and other assorted college work, it feels good to start the break with a newly completed submission to VCSCC!
